1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the cleaningprofi website located at cleaningprofi.world, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cleaningprofi, a professional cleaning service provider based in Brno, Czech Republic. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Description of Services
cleaningprofi provides comprehensive cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular residential cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Deep cleaning and spring cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
- Office and commercial space cleaning
- Specialized cleaning (carpets, windows, upholstery)
- Eco-friendly cleaning options
All services are performed by trained, insured, and background-checked cleaning professionals using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products when requested.
3. Service Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information through our website, phone, or email. Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS, and a deposit may be required for certain services.
We operate Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. Weekend services may be available upon special request and additional charges may apply. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason.
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If access issues occur, additional charges may apply, and the service may be rescheduled.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible with our clients. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to extreme weather conditions, illness of cleaning staff, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time at no additional cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. All prices are quoted in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include applicable taxes.
For recurring services, payment is due on the day of service unless a payment plan has been established. Invoices for commercial clients are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services until payment is received in full.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property information and access instructions
- Removing or securing valuable items, fragile objects, and personal documents
- Ensuring pets are secured or removed from the premises during cleaning
- Disclosing any special cleaning requirements or areas of concern
- Providing necessary utilities (electricity, water) for cleaning equipment
- Pointing out any damage or defects before cleaning begins
Clients should be present during cleaning services or provide clear instructions for access and completion. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed.
7. Service Guarantees and Quality Standards
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.
Our cleaning professionals follow detailed checklists and quality standards to ensure consistent results. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damage caused by previous conditions, age of materials, or inadequate ventilation.
We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs with appropriate products.
8. Insurance and Liability
cleaningprofi maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect our clients and their property. Our cleaning staff are fully insured and bonded, and we carry liability coverage for damages that may occur during our service.
In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence when possible.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by structural issues, flooding, or other external factors beyond our control.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All personal data collected through our website, booking forms, or communications is used solely for providing our services and improving customer experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Your information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

10. Intellectual Property

12. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice. For recurring services, we require at least one week's notice to terminate the agreement without penalty.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these terms, or behavior that threatens the safety of our staff. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
Termination of services does not affect any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limitations.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. We strive to resolve all issues amicably and to the satisfaction of our clients.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brno, Czech Republic.
